Claudia is both a skilled and caring yoga instructor. Her deep knowledge of a variety of yoga lineages means she can tailor her work to your specific needs. She's also fun and relaxed and really wants to know what your goals are. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking to get into both the physical and mental benefits of yoga!

Claudia is one of the best yoga teachers I've ever had. I'm really not a flexible person so I get really embarrassed taking yoga classes but she made me feel so comfortable and really focused on what I wanted to work on. I already felt more flexible after the class! Work with Claudia!

Classes with Claudia are really unlike any other yoga I’ve experienced. She is firm and reliable in her sequences, which is certainly what you need in a seasoned teacher; but she offers many suggestions for alternate poses and easily holds space for people to ultimately decide for themselves what is best for them. I felt like Claudia was able to easily adapt to difference environments and vibes for each of her classes either large or small, and make the experience unique and meaningful rather than just from a standard spiel. I always feel safe, peaceful and grounded after sessions with Claudia.

Absolutely worth the time and effort to take a class with Claudia. The rigor as well as dedication that she can draw from her students is a testament to both her training as well as compassion for the body and mind; would recommend without any doubts.
