My focus is helping people to learn proper alignment and adjustments that work for their body. We are all different and bring different injuries into classes. Group classes are often fast paced and assume you entering and existing poses correctly. When you take the time to learn the foundational yoga poses correctly you get the most of group classes - while minimizing the risk of injury.
I have been studying yoga since 2015 and am a RYT 500 teacher trained with YogaWorks in Erika Trice and Laura Burkhart. With just a few private classes you'll quickly learn how to engage each muscle group in the pose and how to protect yourself from repetitive strain injuries.
