Hello! I'm Chloe I'm a certified yoga instructor with over 7 years of experience teaching 1-1 session, group classes, corporate and in studio classes. I teach vinyasa, strength classes, restorative classes and can customize for whatever you’re looking for. Whether you want an energizing class or a way to wind down - I believe that movement and breath are healing. I believe everyone can benefit from a yoga and movement practice and I believe that moving your body should be accessible to everyone. Let's move and breathe together! I’m based in NYC but I teach group classes all over the tristate area for bachelorettes, birthdays, ski trips, weddings etc. My rates depend on distance so please feel free to reach out for a quote.
