Introduction: Hi! I'm Chloe I'm a YA certified yoga instructor with over 6 years of experience. I specialize in vinyasa but I also teach strength classes and restorative classes. Whether you want an energizing class or a way to wind down - I believe that movement and breath are healing. I believe everyone can benefit from a yoga and movement practice and I believe that moving your body should be accessible to everyone. Let's move and breathe together!
