- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can set up a brief consultation via Zoom to talk through goals and expectations, and then from there choose an initial meeting time. Scheduling ahead of time is important for me to plan and to make sure that you commit to showing up. During each session, I will ask you how you feel, so that we can tailor in real time.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with beginners in their 20s and beginners in their 70s, as well as people in intermediate and more advanced stages of their yoga practice. I believe there is always room for growth in yoga and meditation, because it is about the journey, not the destination. My practices aim to challenge in a supportive environment, so that you get better at listening to your body over time.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It will take more than one session. Each practice is different, and it is a give-and-take. I need to know how you feel, so that I can adjust as need be to help reach your goals, be it to increase stamina, cardio, flexibility, or mindfulness.
