Introduction: Yoga Sister Guide was founded by Megan Porpeglia in 2018. It is Megan’s passion and mission to help teen-aged girls travel through the rocky years of young adulthood with more grace and ease. Practicing Yoga with us will offer your daughter a space to explore, build strength, and lover her self and who she is becoming. Team sports and school athletics are by no means the right fit for every young adult. This program can help instill confidence and drive towards physical and mental goals.
