We hired Stacy for a staff wellness day, and it was a wonderful experience. She led our team through breathing exercises and chair yoga stretching that were easy to follow and incredibly effective for stress relief. She is an amazing teacher who invited me to share my thoughts as a Drum practitioner and guided me to comprehending how I can rhythmically support her movements. Stacy is methodical about her process, yet she allows her observations and Spirit guided insights to support participants to achieve deeper awareness of the mechanics of their body and the science of how to utilize their breath.

I enjoyed the BOHDI party because it calmed and left me in a state of peace. Plus I did movements that helped to loosen up parts of my body that were tight. Yogisha even did a spiritual cleanse for all of her students which was new for me. I encourage you to check out her sessions. Remember to bring your yoga mat and an open mind.
