Needed some work done on a toilet that was constantly running. John responded to me promptly and scheduled to come and give an estimate the next day, as it was late in the evening. He came, looked at the problem, went to get parts, and within hours we were back in business with the problem solved. The work area was left cleaned and he went over the work he had done and made a few suggestions in case of a future issue.
