I can't say enough about the great service I received from Parker Plumbing. I needed a mini split replacement and no other plumbers in the area were willing to do it. I called Nate and he came the next day replaced my unit that I had sitting here for six months because no one would do it. The work and his knowledge Nate has was outstanding. My husband and I, in our 70s, live in a house built in the mid 19th century, before indoor plumbing and doorways to accommodate appliances became standard. And, we have had some "mixed" experiences with plumbers in the past. So, when we needed to replace our natural gas boiler, we were dreading the mess, noise and disruption...in addition to the expense.I called Nate Parker based on his reviews, and he came by the following day, assessed what we needed and explained the whole process. He also gave us a price considerably less than the quote from the company that had been servicing our old furnace, for exactly the same equipment. When it came time to do the installation, he had the new boiler delivered unassembled, and brought it down to our (almost inaccessible) basement, piece by piece. He disassembled the old one and brought it up the same way, working alone, which he does when he can because it lowers his overhead and the cost to his customer. The work, completed on schedule, looks good, works perfectly and was an amazingly low-maintenance experience. The only time we heard anything was when he was cutting pipe! That was a year ago. Since then, Nate has done two more jobs for us: installed a back-flow valve and diagnosed a faucet problem.We feel fortunate to have found Nate... no stress, no mess, no drama... just a pro with integrity who does excellent work at a fair price, with great customer service.

I had the pleasure of having Julian out to my house today. He was extremely responsive and professional both prior to and during his visit. He serviced all of our HVAC and water treatment equipment very efficiently. He also took the time to explain the ongoing upkeep I should be doing in between service. Parker Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is a LIFESAVER! Ive been having an ongoing issues with my AC (hvac); it was installed by another company and something just never worked quite as it should fast forward to me having a malfunctioning AC unit in the heatwave. Nate arrived on time as promised, scheduling was quick and he worked with my busy schedule to make it work seeing how this was an urgent issue. It took about 15 minutes to diagnose the issue and after half an hour he solved the problem no other hvac company could! The original company thought it might be a malfunctioning part, a different company took out coolant from my unit, but after I explained what was happening Nate knew exactly what the problem was and had it fixed (a wiring mixup, take a look at the photo as it was no simple wiring setup either). I wouldnt look anywhere else for my hvac needs, Nate is truly a professional and a pleasure to work with. His pricing is also great for top notch work. If youve had an hvac issue than needs fixing hes your guy!
