My husband and I recently called TBF of WNY to inquire about their services. We heard back from them immediately and were very pleased to meet their representative, Lou Clemente. Lou came over, saw what needed to be done in our basement and came back a second time with gorgeous plans to show us. Clearly, he knows everything there is to know about basements! He told us about their impressive system of walls and flooring which work exceedingly well in wet basements. He patiently went over exactly what to expect during the work time, about necessary permits and the importance of having TBF's 50 year guarantee that is transferable to new owners when the house is sold. We thank Lou very much for the time he spent with us to patiently answer all of our questions.
