Update: After reading this review, the company sent out a new guy who was professional and has probably fixed the drainage issue. There has been no water in the house since he plugged the hole and ran a pipe out to our drainage ditch. No fault of this guy, but we are left hoping that the patching of the foundation holds indefinitely. And we will see what happens tomorrow when the snow melts. We do very much appreciate his efforts and will add a star to the review. We still had to pay out of pocket for a drainage company to tell us there was no drain. We fixed the electricity that was cut ourselves, but had to pay for parts. And having our basement flood over and over sucked (we lost our rug too). Again, we really appreciate the efforts of the guy who came out and improved the situation, but this whole thing was a gigantic cluster.This company installed an egress window in our basement recently. The contractor they used was horrible. In addition to minor things like not actually showing up half the time, he cut our electrical wires and refused to fix it. But our major problem is that he installed a pipe in the basement exterior wall that pours ground water out onto the wall and floor. It makes no sense at all and now we have a huge problem. We tried to call the company. No one answers the number they give you in these Google reviews. Like why would you just have water pour out onto the floor? He told us there was a drain tile, but there isnt. Spent $350 today to have a drain company come out with cameras and scope everything. There is no drain there at all. Just water pouring all over the floor because this guy. Now we are awaiting a much higher estimate for the drain company to install a pump to fix a hole that should never have been put there in the first place! Do not use this company. There will be no help when they destroy your home.

Dont fall for their pushy sales gimmick of having to sign up quick to get the best price. Get a couple estimates or it could end up costing you thousands more. I would have went with this company if they offered the lowest price from the beginning but the price kept changing. They may do qualify work but Ill never know.
