- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not every job is the same so neither is the price. Depending on the job i do time and materials and a more straight forward job i give an overall price. All prices are reasonable and fair for what the job is.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen to their project needs suggest wants provide a fair estimate. Complete in a timely manner with no hidden surprises and leave the job with not only another call back but a friend as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing this stuff every day for 15 years. Thats hands on training you can't get in school and the learning never stop until you let it.
