I hired Hayder, the owner of SZ Home Construction, for a complete, top-to-bottom renovation of my 3-bedroom house in this March, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. Hayder managed a massive scope of work flawlessly, coordinating seamlessly with his plumber and electrician to get everything done right. The project included: A full bathroom renovation Complete flooring replacement throughout the entire main house (kitchen, dining room, living room, and all 3 bedrooms) Full basement flooring installation Whole-house wall painting Storm-door installation Upgraded electrical lighting A sump pump upgrade Water-line upgrade Changing Main Shut-off Value 3 Vanities installation Beyond the actual labor, Hayder was an incredible partner in this project. He offered fantastic ideas and home improvement suggestions that really elevated the final look. He even went above and beyond by helping me pick up and transport materials from Home Depot and other suppliers without charging any extra fees. Hayder is just a genuinely good man who is exceptionally easy to deal with. He communicates clearly, sets expectations, and delivers. While his quote wasn't the cheapest one I received, the pricing was incredibly reasonable when you look at the stunning, high-quality results he delivered. You truly get what you pay for with him. If you are looking for a trustworthy, skilled contractor, I absolutely recommend Hayder and SZ Home Construction to everyone in the area.

They did a great job! I've had some bad experiences lately but these guys have restored my faith. Porch looks great, price was very good and Hayder was very responsive and professional. I definitely recommend them!
