My staff and I are constantly online looking at all the latest fads and trends. We are part of several professional groups online and partake in many group discussions with other industry professionals

We do Drop off catering as well as Full Service Buffets and Plated dinners
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently did a plated dinner for an older group of gentlemen for an evening they call Old Boys Night. It was a plated meal that they could choose either a half Roasted Duck or a Prime Rib. We served approximately 50 meals. Not only did we not get a single meal returned for ANY reason. We were told by all in attendance it was the best Old Boys Night dinner they have had in the last twenty years. That was truly nice to hear.
