Doug got back to me within hours of my posting a request. He came the very next day to give me a quote on replacing the fuse box with circuit breakers. The job was an emergency job as the fuses were crackling and burning out from overload and, my 82 year old father who is on hospice needs electricity for his medical needs. Our furnace was out too from not having electric. Doug stayed true to his word. He was very professional, explained everything he was going to do in terms I could understand then did what he said. He cleaned up his mess. You would never know he was here except for the circuit box. I did not receive other estimates. Upon meeting Doug I felt he was honest so I didn't need to get other quotes. I am very pleased with the job and will be holding on to that business card for any future electrical needs.
