- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We discount for repeat business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
(1) Find out what they’re looking for. (2) Give them an estimate. (3) Pick a date. (4) Confirm the night before. (5) Arrive early. (6) Explain what I’m doing while working. (7) Educate the customer. (8) Notify customer of anything else in home that appeared to be dangerous and need of attention. (9) Make sure everything in working order before leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before I started my own company, I finished 5 years apprenticeship, some in Buffalo, some in NYC.
