Flashing was replaced due to wind damage. Work was completed less than 24 hr after I called. All people in the office & the 2 men who replaced the flashing were very professional. I had 1 question & Rodney, the owner, answered my question immediately.😀

Job was started weeks late. 2 day job lasted 4 days. Did not call to advise of delays. Damage occurred to tenants property in back yard. Materials were left on roof after job was completed. Roofing nails were found in driveway. Damage noted to trim on soffit. Otherwise roof looks good.

Customer. Called the day after and told us about the few shingles that were left on the roof and somone was out there with in the next day to take care of all the issues. Green earth consteuction went above and be on to make sure this job ran perfect

They provided an estimate for the repair of my roof after a tree had fallen on it. There were no "contingencies" mentioned in the estimate. Materials were outlined. The crew arrived and started the job. After the shingle removal and the plywood removal, they noted that there were 3 cracked rafters. I was told the repair would cost more due to this, so an increased cost was agreed upon ($300 more). However, all they did was brace the cracked rafters with wood. Despite the one worker asking for a jack, I presume to level the "dent" in the roof, the supervisor said no. They replaced a small patch of plywood (not the 3 large sheets mentioned in the estimate) and reshingled the roof. I noted that the roof still appeared "dented," but they had already left. I didn't notice this earlier as the workers were still standing on the roof. I contacted the owner and he agreed to come out to view the work. He did so and said they would be back to fix the dent, but did not provide a timeline. It has now been well over a year since they were here. I have called monthly to remind them of the promised work. The office manager tells me I'm "on the board" and sounds surprised that they haven't been back. I'm tired of calling. I believe the extra funds they charged were unnecessary as they did not use all the materials mentioned in the estimate. They did not do what they said they would do. So...I'm no longer holding back on the review. It's unfortunate, but I would not hire them again.
