Vassar was given a daunting task of replacing one or two boards of an engineered hardwood floor. I had a board that had cracked from no support underneath.
Vassar did a very good job fixing the cause of the issue and replacing the boards. He was professional, polite and precise. I was impressed when he cleaned up after himself. I would recommend him for your next job!
