A minimum service fee of $105 is due for all scheduled service visits and parts install. This fee covers travel time, diagnosis, inspection, testing, and professional recommendations.
Labor charges are earned upon completion of the authorized work and are not contingent upon the successful operation of equipment when additional defects, pre-existing conditions, hidden failures, manufacturer defects, or unrelated component failures are present.
Replacement of recommended parts does not guarantee complete repair of the appliance, system, or equipment unless specifically stated in writing.
Customer authorizes the requested diagnostic and repair services and agrees to pay for all completed labor, service call fees, and installed parts regardless of whether additional repairs are required.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
