Ethan did some work for us last week. We had some issues with ice dams in our gutters and it was gonna get worse because of all the snow on the roof. He came by and used our roof rake to pull mountains of snow down and reduce the wrist that we were having and it’s worked out really well. He was super communicative, professional, and willing to go above and beyond. Interesting story, while he was working, the power went out to the house and my tenants came out and asked if he did something to cause it. It turned out that there was a street wide power outage and it had nothing to do with the work they were doing. However, I really appreciated that he called me right away to tell me that it happened Where others I feel may have just not let me know about it. Again, it turned out that it was nothing he was doing. It was just a coincidence in the timing, but he was willing to stand up and take some responsibility, even though it had nothing to do with With him. So in summary, the quality work was great. Communication was great professionalism top-notch. Would highly recommend anybody for any project he’s willing to do. I’m sure I’ll be reaching out to him again shortly. We own the home and have tenants living there and since I live in Chicago, it’s hard for me to get back sometimes.

Ethan and Rob get 10's across the board!! Very punctual, in fact early! I had quite a to do list that included digging out along gararge as dirt had worked under siding slats. This medium job became more complex. Ethan and Rob thoroghly explained what needed to be done. It requires a return visit and I am more than ok with that. Cleaned up beautifully after themselves! This is our handyman service from now on!

We bill at $60 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. Discounts are available for multi day projects.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We spent a day getting a young couple setup in their new home. Light fixtures installed, Drapes hung, Shower heads changed, TVs Mounted and programmed, painted a bathroom, build furniture and few more odds and ends. They were so greatful that we powered through their to do list and the home was ready to be lived in.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
