I was impressed with the initial response and with them showing up on time and fitting me into their schedule. He came on time and very personable but seemed a little unprepared. He took longer than what he estimated. Because I had to leave before he was done, I left the payment with my friend. There were parts left over and a lot of screws which should have been put in to seal the top of the shed. I live in a wind tunnel and the panels started to come off. I've attempted to contact him on the Thumbtack website and via text for over a week, but he has not responded and followed up to finish the job. I want to promote small local businesses, but they definitely need to work on their follow up.

Don't waste your time. He set an appointment time and then didn't respond when I asked where he was. Finally responded and was very late, then he shows up and he starts measuring everything and not writing anything down, I said how are you going to remember the measurements? He claimed that he could. Very suspicious, I knew right away something wasn't right. He said he was going to home Depot to get the wood and he would be back. I texted him asking what was taking so long and asked when he would be back and he completely ignored all texts, never showed up again. Unreliable, unprofessional, don't waste your time.
