Mike was hired to pull up carpet in the whole house, approximately 1300 sqf. He had to make 3 trips to complete the project. Mark arrived at the time he told us and it took him about 13 hours. Mark went beyond what he was hired to do. Concerned for our safety after carpet removed. Cleaned up and protected our furniture. He showed me pictures of floor installation at another client’s house and work quality was great.

Mark is a talented, detail oriented, do things the right way kind of guy!! I have received so many compliments on his floor installation, I couldn’t be happier! Hard to find someone so young with a work ethic like that! Informative & knowledgeable! Mark had to get creative with the transition marble from the bathroom to the floor which he took his time to think thru and came up with a good plan! Will take a picture when I am back in town! Was the only contractor I hired whom didn’t say those words that make me cringe...”it’s only a rental, doesn’t have to look perfect!” Those are words that should never be uttered from any contractors mouth, gives them a hall pass to do a crappy job! Will hire Mark again for other jobs...
