I keep my pricing affordable because I personally don't like paying a fortune for other people to do things.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Respect, I am coming into someone's home, that they have worked very hard to have. The last thing I want is for someone to feel uncomfortable in their own home. I treat my clients' homes how I would want mine treated, and I treat every customer as an individual because they are. I tailor each job to that particular client situation. I make sure they understand what is involved in the process from start to finish, and I do my best to leave everything as clean as when I started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been training on the job and in life for over 35 years.
