I did a consultation with Neel, and even though he was not able to repair my washer, he was quick to respond to my questions in detail! His communication was respectful, HONEST, and professional all the time. In sum, just by the way he conducted himself in his messages and the information he provided, I can tell he is someone who takes his job seriously and responsibly. I would certainly recommend him.
