Our house was pristine!! They made my bathroom sparkle! No joke. Aaron was a great cleaner and respectful of our home. When he got done, I knew wed gotten what we paid and then some. From vacuuming, dusting to scrubbing they had it all covered. This company was a delight to work with. Got us scheduled in a timely fashion. Looking forward to biweekly cleans!

There are several things I liked about “Graham Cleaning Service”. I was impressed first, by their responsiveness- they responded in no time after my initial contact.
I had difficulties describing the work that I needed done so the company sent Arron out To access the problem. I was once again impressed by the quick action he took to resolve the issue. There was also a water drainage issue he fixed. The value of both jobs was very reasonable.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your cleaning quote is priced for an estimated amount of time based on bed/bath, package chosen and additional tasks requested.
If your clean takes longer then the estimated amount of time and if approved by you,there will be a change in the total price to reflect the time difference.
For small handy man services, the rate is a per hour flat rate for small jobs.A Diagnostic fee(if needed) , sales tax and any necessary parts are added to the total.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For cleaning jobs, a walk through will be performed where I will create a task list to ensure I tackle the areas that you are looking to be focused on. Please be as detailed as possible as we will be pricing and timing your clean based on the tasks initially requested.
Standard Cleans start at $35 per hour and per cleaner
Move out/Move in and Deep cleans are charged at $40-$50 per hour and per cleaner. Pricing is priced based on the level of cleaning required, it's typically priced at $40 per hour.
NYS taxes will be added to all services
We require a 50% deposit or card or file to secure appointments for services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My twin brother Aaron has over 10 years of handyman experience and he can fix just about anything.
