We give free, no-obligation quotes based on your home's size, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, and the type of clean you need (standard, deep, move-in/move-out). We also offer discounted rates for recurring service (weekly, biweekly, or monthly). The price we quote is the price you pay - no hidden fees or surprise add-ons.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick call or text to understand what you need, then send a clear, itemized quote - no vague hourly guessing. Once you book, we confirm the date and time, show up with our own supplies and equipment, and walk through the home with you afterward so you can flag anything before we leave.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training is hands-on and ongoing. Every team member is trained on professional cleaning techniques, proper handling of different surfaces (hardwood, tile, granite, stainless steel), and safe use of cleaning products and equipment. We follow specific checklists for standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleans so nothing gets missed and results stay consistent from visit to visit.
