- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Its very unfair to do estimates over phone without seeing what needs to be done in person. My estimates are free if i come to your home. I will be able to give you exact estimate day of scheduled meeting. Will explain everything as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Explain everything to them in detail. Make them feel comfortable knowing there getting a quality contractor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I work side by side with Sherwin/Williams. Always on top of new applications and products.
