Chef Tracey Martin is a senior partner of Burns Martin & Associates, a culinary staffing and events management firm. He was the executive sous chef for catering at The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and Travel Chef in the Clinton White House. He worked in private service for Mrs. Robert Kennedy and other members of the family. He co-owned the staffing agency Wolff, Martin and Associates, and owned and operated A Moveable Feast Catering Company in Chautauqua. He studied and taught culinary arts in Europe at Le Cordon Bleu and La Cuisine Francaise.
Chef Tracey has cooked for numerous heads of state, including Jacques Chirac, Yitzhak Shamir, Margaret Thatcher, Helmut Kohl, President and Mrs. George H.W. Bush, Mrs. Ronald Reagan, Deng Xiaoping, Yitzhak Rabin, and Boris Yeltsin.
