Dan has been fantastic with me. At this point, we get together once a week for half an hour. I get "homework" example: drink lots of pure water, watch carbs, and get good sleep. I have been training with Dan at Cosmic Fitness since November of 2013. His personal attention runs the gamut with no stone left unturned. From the simplest of stretches and working on secondary/tertiary muscle groups to working on the major muscle groups your 1/2 hour training session is more complete than spending two hours at your gym each time you excercise. For that half hour you have Dan's complete attention. He listens to your input and adjusts the workout as you go along. It is a structured yet somewhat improvised workout. Dan's fees are competitive and with that being said, while I could save money training at my gym Dan's training skills are priceless and I will do what it takes to have finances available to train as much as I can with him. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?As per my Investment Guide, my average cost per thirty minute session is $30. For instance, if you train once per week or 4 times per month, the price per session is $35 or $140 per month. If you train twice per week or 8 times per month, the price per thirty minute session drops to $32.50 or $260 per month.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Absolutely. I have continuously maintained my IFPA certification since February 2005. Most recently I completed a 12 CEU course on Prescriptive Stretching. All clients should ask their prospective personal trainer if their certification(s) is/are up-to-date.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I provide one-on-one personal fitness training and nutritional advice in a private setting.
