Our experience with Touchscreen Memories was absolutely fantastic! We were very dissatisfied with our actual photographer so all the more reason to need a kick ass photo booth and that it was! Our guests had a great time taking photos and videos, especially in large groups. The fact that you can have a dozen people in photo is wonderful, the fact that EACH person gets a print of it in a protective hard cover case is even better! Walking by their booth at the bridal show, the first thought that came to mind was "there's no way we can afford them" - I said the same thing to my mother and mother in law, but they decided to grab a flyer anyways and I'm SO happy they did! After looking on their website, I discovered that not only could we afford it, but that it was MORE affordable that the actual photo "booths", better quality and you get more for your money! Michael and his assistant were fantastic - accommodating, polite, professional, fun, everything would could ask for. A review is the best form of flattery for a business, so I hope this shows Michael and his team that we were 1,000% satisfied...Thank You SO much for everything!

Completely unprofessional experience. Was initially very difficult to get in contact with; even AFTER giving these people our money. Took weeks at a time to answer/respond to a phone call. At the actual event, Michael failed to inform everyone at the event that the photo booth was video capable (that they could record videos). There were many photos taken but only three videos. When addressed about this issue, instead of simply apologizing, Michael was very combative, saying "I can't MAKE people take videos, and most of the time when I ask people to take videos, they don't." He also stated that "The DJ could have announced this." Everyone's fault but his own for a failure to operate his photo/video booth. Would NOT recommend this business AT ALL. A major lack of professionalism and accountability.

Funny how we have been doing this for over 6 years and you are the first to give a negative review. First, for those who look at a companies thumbtack profile, this is the actual situation with this person. First, we were never hard to get in contact with, she never answered her emails and even though the event was short notice, we allowed her to hold off on giving us full price that was due at least 30 days ahead....we allowed her to give 2 weeks before event. 2ND, in the CONTRACT it is stated that it is the customers responsibility to notify the guests that that the photobooth does videos and photos! We are there to assist through the process. YES, THE CONTRACT states that and I mention this because she had us change the contract twice for her personal needs. 3rd.when we were setting up the booth, one of her own friends announced on the microphone that BIRTHDAY ZILLA wanted this and that, Obviously people know the type of person you are. Plus, I wasnt COMBATIVE, you were the one combative through this whole process. And one thing I do remember from this event....was that EVERYONE THERE had a GREAT, FUN TIME and we were praised HIGHLY by all those who took their photos. They all had smiles on their faces! Should I post the great photos taken? It's in the contract that we have rights to the photos..

I would recommend them to anyone!! Its an awesome investment. They were very professional! The pictures came out so clear and the crowd loved it. They made really great favors. I wouldn't change a thing.

The TouchScreen Memories Photo Booth was a big hit at our daughter's wedding this past summer!! Our guests had so much fun having their pictures taken - and so much fun watching others getting their pictures taken!! It was a professional setup, most engaging personnel in Mike and Cardinale, and each guest had their own picture set as a Memory of our special day! I highly recommend TouchScreen Memories for your special occasion - your guests will be talking about it for a long time!!

The staff was super fun and friendly! The price by far was better than all the other booths we looked at. Plus you can fit in as many people as you want! I also loved the blown up shots they gave us I have a couple of them framed!
