They brought wraps to protect the furniture and was careful yet fast with the entire move from my building to a nearby storage. Joseph L. says, "Ethan did some work for us last week. We had some issues with ice dams in our gutters and it was gonna get worse because of all the snow on the roof. He came by and used our roof rake to pull mountains of snow down and reduce the wrist that we were having and it’s worked out really well. He was super communicative, professional, and willing to go above and beyond. Interesting story, while he was working, the power went out to the house and my tenants came out and asked if he did something to cause it. It turned out that there was a street wide power outage and it had nothing to do with the work they were doing. However, I really appreciated that he called me right away to tell me that it happened Where others I feel may have just not let me know about it. Again, it turned out that it was nothing he was doing. It was just a coincidence in the timing, but he was willing to stand up and take some responsibility, even though it had nothing to do with With him. So in summary, the quality work was great. Communication was great professionalism top-notch. Would highly recommend anybody for any project he’s willing to do. I’m sure I’ll be reaching out to him again shortly. We own the home and have tenants living there and since I live in Chicago, it’s hard for me to get back sometimes."See more
