First time home owner here and redid out kitchen. not once did I think that our new fridge wouldn’t fit inside the house. I did a random google search for help to get it in and possibly take the fridge doors off. They came in less than 2 days, took the front door off, banister, door frame, the whole 9 to get the fridge in. Not a single speck of dirt left no scratches or dents. Literally could not thank them enough, we would be buying a smaller fridge if it weren’t for them. would hire again in a heart beat!!!!

Had a complex closet dresser island built for a walk in closet. Was a ton of pieces and I knew it was complex especially for someone who doesn’t build often that said. The issue had was the price despite originally agreeing to getting that put together along with another dresser for 400 dollars, I sent the photos and links to make sure that would be the price 30 mins into them working they come back on how it’ll take longer then they expected and they wouldn’t be able to do it for that cost. I figured it was going to take like 6-8 hours or maybe more so needing it don’t I agreed however while the job was done well I won’t hire them again for the simple reason that not only did I pay more money then agreed upon but the dresser was no longer included in that price. I had to put that together myself and it took them 2 hours total to put the cabinet together so all in all what was supped to be 400 dollars for two items turned into 500 dollars for just one item that took two hours total build. Or 250 an hour or 125 each. Needless to say will never use them again for that reason, which is a bummer cause they did good work and we have a ton of Airbnb properties that we could have hired them for extensive consistent work.

The dudes were friendly during the estimate appointment for my jetted tub but my sister and I would have been taken advantage of as young new homeowners. I am happy that I consulted my dad before proceeding with them. One red flag was them telling me that there could possibly be carbon monoxide leaking in the basement with no equipment whatsoever to confirm. However, my sister and I followed up with the fire department afterwards and they used their equipment to confirm that there was no carbon monoxide.

Per our records, during the estimate we noted that the dryer flex/vent connection appeared cracked and improperly installed/disconnected. Because an issue like that can potentially allow exhaust to enter the basement, we raised it as a possibility and encouraged verification with proper detection equipment. We did not state that carbon monoxide was confirmed — only that it was important to rule out, which you did. Regarding the jetted tub, we discussed multiple possible solutions and were in the process of putting together the full written estimate. As a courtesy, we also offered to repair the dryer flex/vent issue at no charge if we were hired for the tub work.
