When I was first negotiating with vendors on the project, I had several exchanges with Top Notch and, at first, had decided on another vendor only because that other vendor had many more favorable reviews. However, when I got stood up by that first vendor, I called Top Notch in a panic, and Eugene made it happen that same day! So, in addition to saving the day, Top Notch did a great job on the carpets and was a really nice guy. I'm glad that I can now help to add to his number of reviews and also tell others that you shouldn't be deterred by him not having many reviews, he's just new on Thumbtack! Go with Top Notch, they're Top Notch!
