- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge some of the best prices in town! While some of the bigger guys will charge a 4 hour minimum to visit your home, we would never think of doing that. If it's a simple repair, we'll get it done in a few minutes and be out of your hair!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you're a new customer, we'll greet you with a smile on the phone and set you up on an appointment with one of our team members. Then our technician will review the damage and also inspect your entire plumbing system. We often find unnoticed issues that if left unresolved, could cause further damage to the home. We'll give you the final price after we've done a thorough check on the home and then get to work!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We mainly work with residential properties, but we'll also work with restaurant owners, apartment complexes and other commercial properties.
