His great attention to detail and creativity is remarkable! He is organized, has in depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, and baking techniques.
In his daily routine as a head Pastry Chef his leadership and willingness to replenish professional knowledge is unforgettable. It was an honor to have him as mentor and colleague in my Culinary endeavors.
