Nothing was ever "too easy" or "too hard," it challenged you but didn't overpower you. Depending on what else we, as the person training, decided to accomplish (toning, bulking, or weight loss), we were able to come to Cam and have the regimens tweaked a bit to fit those needs. I lost weight and toned up with the exercise/workout plans. I started to sleep better and had decent energy without needing caffeine as a night shift worker. It was nice to have accountability! We were given the freedom to decide if this was what we truly wanted then we were kept on track with turning in our workout thoughts at the end of the week."See more
