From the presentation to the experience of my roof tear down Paul, John, Bryan and their amazing crew were on time highly professional and did an amazing job with my roof and gutter project. I am so great full that their crew from start to finish were nothing but absolutely amazing, respectful and honest. They did very clean work and my roof came out phenomenal. I wanted to convert one of the walls in my living room from a regular wall to one with bricks. After getting an estimate, I hired them after making sure that they sent me their proof of insurance. It took about 3 days to complete. Kudos to Paul and Jose for a job well done. I was quite pleased with the results. It shows the rustic feel that I was going for, like in restaurants. I attached some before and after pictures.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We consider ourselves to be very fair to our customers with pricing always quoting according to what needs to be done without exceeding the client's budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Following the initial contact, an appointment is set up with one of our Remodeling specialist whom accesses the nature of the damage and work that needs to be done. Following the inspection we generate an estimate within 24 hours and send it to the client making ourselves available to address any calls. Upon client approval of estimate, we lock a date and proceed with the installation keeping a clear understanding of what has to be done, explaining all aspects of the work to be performed to the client from start to finish. Upon completion of the job our Quality Control department will do a follow up with the client to ensure everything is in order.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fully certified with the top manufacturers in roofing, siding, gutters and window products. Our team is constantly attending workshops throughout the country improving their knowledge and skills for all types of exterior and interior work.
