Hello. Thank you for your comments; however, we must address your intimidating behavior toward others—specifically, when placing an order and claiming to be an officer with the intent to intimidate. Thank you for providing your name; we will be filing a formal complaint with the police department regarding your use of your badge to intimidate people in local establishments. We have a duty to protect ourselves from scams and intimidation. At our establishment, we treat everyone with respect and equality. Everyone has the same right to shop at our store; we show no favoritism toward anyone, and we extend our respect to those who respect us. To clarify: you called the office to inquire about the price of a piece of glass; however, you did not know exactly what type of glass you were looking for—despite the fact that we stock an extensive variety. When our staff member asked what thickness you required and offered you several options, you responded rudely, insisting that you were an "officer." She simply replied that your status as an officer was irrelevant to the matter at hand. At no point was she rude; we have reviewed the recording of the call. We believe there may be a mix-up regarding the store, as you claimed at the beginning of the call that you had spoken with her previously—which was not the case, as you had not called our store before. We suspect you were calling various shops to compare prices. In any event, if we caused you any inconvenience, we sincerely apologize. Sincerely, Management
