I'm able to draft blueprints for a project so you can see what everything will look like, make changes if necessary and watch your final project come to life. Jeff and his father did great work. Jeff goes out of his way to make sure everything turns out as expected. If any issue arises Jeff is quick to correct it. He did a bathroom full remodel for us. Very professional and very skilled. I will definitely be hiring him again in the future. Jeff and his father are diamonds in the ruff. 100% recommend.

Jackpot!! Extremely pleased with finding an excellent contractor to complete some major renovations in my home. I hired Jeff after the original contractor did a hack job on my half bath and try to runoff with some of my money! Dream of designs was an excellent choice they were a professional their work product and quality was excellent special attention and detail was paid to particular items in my job and you work with me in many ways to Avoid costly delays or changes! I ended up with a bathroom that could easily be put in anyone’s magazine and a repair to the bathroom that was mangled by my first contractor. Jeff and his team or punctual consistent and reliable and I appreciate their cost effectiveness and attention to budget. I love the work so much I engage them to completely remodel my kitchen and we’re moving on to other projects in my home to include a remodel and finishing of my basement.

I originally put a request out for Drywall for my bathroom renovation. It took awhile to get Jeff out but it was worth the wait. His prices were VERY FAIR. I like to do a lot myself so I know what kind of work goes into these things. After meeting and speaking with him, I expanded the scope to include updating shower controls, installing a tub and surround, then installing greenboard, tape and mud, sand and mud, sand and mud. Upon opening the box my tub came in, he noticed it was cracked - while I was at work he took it upon himself to return it and get a new one. This delayed the project for a day. During the tub install the waste and overflow didn’t fit my existing plumbing drains, so he took the time to make the necessary modifications - and didn’t charge me any extra. Once we entered into contract he kept me updated and had open communication throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend him for work, and will consider hiring him in the future if I need help with home improvement projects!

Jeff did an amazing job. He removed carpet, replaced it with vinyl plank flooring and replaced our kitchen faucet in less than a day! He was very responsive and friendly. His work was excellent quality at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come out and meet with the customer face to face to go over exactly what they are looking for. If it's a larger remodel project I like to measure and create a drawing to go over the design and pricing of the project as well, allowing customers to make changes up front and ensure the most accurate pricing up front.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my degree in Architecture and have personally drafted, designed and constructed 3 entire houses, as well as numerous bathrooms and kitchens.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I enjoyed architecture very much, but it is only the beginning phases of a project. I found it more enjoyable and gratifying controlling the project from start to finish and watching what I put on paper come to life.
