- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have no complicated pricing system for our services. In the summer we bill at the end of the month for the dates we serviced your lawn. For mulching and clean up projects we ask for a 50% deposit with the balance paid upon completion of the project.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We commonly maintain lawns on a weekly basis in the summer. Spring and fall is reserved for cleanups and mulching. In the winter we provide commercial plow services.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We advise all our customers to talk to the owner of the service provider. We also encourage them to seek out a few quotes for services. Ask whomever you decide to hire whether they have liability insurance. If they damage any portion of your property this will be essential to getting your property replaced.
