I worked with James while I had the flexibility with work to maximize my time in the Gym. James helped me set goals on our first day together and we then spent time over the next few months working to achieve them all. James enthusiasm for personal training was evident in how he conducted himself each session, which I always found to be very motivating in the gym. Unlike previous trainers I have worked with, James never presented any scheduling difficulties for me and communicated very well regarding his availability and schedule. I view my personal time as important and it was great to work with someone who respected that and therefore worked around my schedule. I would recommend him to anyone looking to develop a long-term relationship with a personal trainer! -Jason

I've worked with James for 3 years now and he has always helped me in learning basic to advanced techniques when it came to Taekwondo. He is a great instructor and I believe he can make any exceptional perosn into a Olympic contestant.
