- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2010 I received my degree in Computer Information Technology from The Cleveland Institute of Electronics and earned 3 CompTIA certification courses which are the A+ , Network+ and Security+ Certifications. In 2016 I completed and received a Cyber Security Specialization Certification from the University of Maryland.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've been an IT consultant for the last 5 years and I've worked with a variety of customers in the Government (NYPD, Department of Homeland Security, New York State Department of Education, New York Public Library, Queens Criminal Court) Retail (Kohls, Best Buy, Whole Foods) and Investment industry (Two Sigma Investments, Morgan Stanley). I've assisted my clients with system upgrades, new hardware installations, printer configurations and maintenance, security audits and patch management and OS and Skype migrations.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One of my most recent projects was the installation of new POS systems at a Macy's store here in New York City, and the setup and configuration of tablets for the management staff, it was interesting to be able to explain to them in detail how to navigate through their new systems and I had the pleasure to answer any questions they staff had. The project itself took me about a month to complete and make sure everything was configured correctly and in working order and I was also there to support the staff with any technical issues.
