WOW! Lincoln responded to my inquiry within the first hour, gave me a fair estimate, arrived to do the work *exactly* on time the very next morning, and finished at the time he said he would, nearly to the minute. Work was thorough and complete. Demeanor was friendly and professional. I'm not sure if I've ever had a more efficient experience with a home improvement provider. I will be using him again. Had some bad experiences with contractors prior to this, so I'm always a bit skeptical. Working with Lincoln was a dream. He was punctual, responsive to my questions and gave great advice on how to complete the job without overspending. He was friendly and professional, and completed what other contractors said would take two weeks in six days by himself(although he does have a team of professionals that work for him). The bedroom he built in my basement is of the highest quality and the closet he installed is perfect. He also did a seamless reconstruction of the drop ceiling around the bedroom wall. He left the space nice and clean. I have already recommended him to a few friends that are looking for similar work to be done. Glad to find him and will continue to hire him for other projects in my home.

Words cannot express how satisfied I am with Lincoln’s responsiveness, professionalism, value, attention to detail, and exceptional work. I initially contacted Lincoln for the removal of popcorn ceilings in my home; however, he was able to assess the need and provide an even more cost effective way in dealing with, not only the popcorn ceiling, but an underlying issue in my home. Lincoln did not try to upsell me like most contractors would do, but was more focused on addressing the issues in my home in a manner that would fit my budget. Lincoln got the job and was on site for the duration of the job promptly. He was extremely careful about ensuring that my floors and furniture were all covered, and even offered to help me move heavier items as needed. As I saw Lincoln’s work evolve, I immediately began to expand the project and he accommodated effortlessly. In the end, Lincoln not only repaired and restored three ceilings in my home, but also elevated my home with recessed lighting, rewired electrical, and completely transformed another room in my home. Lincoln comes highly recommended and I am already drafting my next list of home improvements that I’ll be calling Lincoln for. Well done Lincoln 365 Home Improvement! Well done!
