I had an issue with my desktop computer. I had somehow corrupted windows 10 and the computer would not boot up. Since being locked down because of the corona virus situation I turned to google to figure out how to repair my system. I happened upon Thumbtack and Pellescom and decided to send a message...Rami responded several minutes later and asked my to explain my problem...I gave him my phone number and he immediately contacted me. We then started a Skype call and he explained what he believed the issue was and what we needed to do to fix it. I was also adding a new SSD drive for the operating system and was concerned about losing data from the 2TB hardrive...Rami set my mind at ease and we scheduled a time a couple days out to give me time to gather an SSD and SATA cable from Amazon. I got back with Rami via Skype and he walked me through the entire process. He had visual aids and encouraging words throughout the process. He made suggestions on how to best organize my system and taught me much during our time together. He is a Pro. He is not just the technician that got me up and running again...I would call him my friend! The absolute BEST customer service I have ever received in my 59 years on this earth!! I will recommend his services to everyone I know and anyone who has computer issues. I have dealt with others in the past with varying results but never have I had such great personal service. Did a near me seach for computer repair tech's and noticed Pellescom who I did not know. All the local rates are high and I knew it would take awhile for them to fix my computer with the black screen of death. Gave them a call and was very impressed and found out he is in New York and I am in Utah. Long store short he got my windows 10 software running with a corrupted files on my hard drive and got my 4 year old core i5 running at two times the speed it was running at. Then it dawned on me what he does can be used anywhere as long as you have an internet connection. What he does is cool as far as I'm concerned. His rates are lower than local shops and he is fast. Rami was super responsive. Spilled coffee all over my computer. Thankfully my computer came back to life the next day so no parts needed to be replaced but Rami was super helpful over the phone and transparent with costs and anticipated time to fix the issue.May 21, 2020VerifiedPellescom's reply
