I would rate for value and punctuality as well if I could! Ryan fixed my balcony leak, water damaged wood floor, kitchen and bathrooms. The wood that my building used decades ago was nowhere to be found and Ryan was able to cut similar woods into the shape that my apartment needed, very smart and very professional, I was so worried that the color or quality would come out differently but Ryan made it look like they were original wood planks! Very thankful for the dedication of his work!! Pricing is very reasonable! Compared with my building contractor’s price, Ryan saved me over $25k on my whole project.
