I was satisfied with the responsiveness and availability of this service, but would have expected a bit more thorough of a clean for $110 (lasted only one hour and seemed light)

I loved the work that Michelle actually did do. She did a great job on the floors, organizing, dishes, etc!
I have to admit that I was disappointed a bit. I requested a deep cleaning and specified that I needed interior windows, refrigerator, oven and stove, dusting, cleaning and some of these were not done. The top of my stove was done but not the inside of the oven. I had to remind her before she left that she did not do the fridge. She then did the fridge, but not the freezer. The walls around the stove were not cleaned. I expected for at least the blinds of my windows to be dusted. I needed this cleaning especially for the more difficult things because I have an injured leg and can no longer stand for long periods of time.
Overall, the work that was done was done well. This is just constructive criticism for the future.

She send me every other week experienced cleaners, she alway o time. I have more than 2 years having them cleaning my Airbnb apartment

Very mediocre. Some things were done well (spending time to clean the shoes room) but the cleaner that was sent to me was relatively inexperienced (she mentioned that she had only recently arrived in the US). She was NOT prepared (I had to provide her with my own wash cloth) and did NOT mop my floors bc she did not have a mop. My floor still had dirt and dust bunnies scattered about. This is an expensive service that requests tips after the fact. Communication is good. There are many services that offer much better pricing and a much better job overall. They also took pictures of my apartment to show their supervisors? Why is this necessary?
