I was impressed on how he made me see the improvements that can be made on my resume. His one on one approach, as he fact finds about your skills with probing questions, enlightened me to the professionalism he possessed. Not to mention, I am a very professional person and I don’t feel comfortable talking to strangers. My process is collaborative and ensures that the client is involved and updated at every stage. I start off with a phone consultation and gather the best information possible. After the intake, I start working on the case. We may have to go back and forth via email a few times.
