Al and his team were absolutely incredible after the blizzard. I needed someone to help with snow removal at my mom’s house since I couldn’t get there myself, and from start to finish, their responsiveness was impeccable.

He jumped in immediately, kept communication clear and consistent, and even sent before-and-after photos to reassure me that everything was fully taken care of. That level of thoughtfulness meant so much. My mom was beyond satisfied, not just with the quality of the work, but with their kindness and professionalism as well.

They made the entire process completely seamless during what could have been a stressful situation. I truly trust the way they operate and would confidently recommend Al for any of his services. Reliable, efficient, and genuinely caring…you can’t ask for more than that!!

I’ve already referred Al to my family! He did a great job and more, digging out my car covered on all sides in frozen snow. He even carefully and thoughtfully placed the removed snow. And he helped an elderly woman (across the street) who slipped and fell hard on the sidewalk ice.

Details: I need snow plowing this one time, right now • I do not need salt and de-icing • Other surfaces • Less than 500 sq ft (~2 car driveway) • Flat • I just need snow plowing for my residence
