I have finally found my plumber guy. After banging my head against the wall for two months trying to figure out how to time the uninstallation, delivery, and installation of a new washer/dryer combo, Steve was absolutely the breath of fresh air I needed. Not only was he the most sensible quote of the 5 vendors I polled, he also asked the most in depth questions: confirming I got the right type of appliance (gas), had all the cables, linked me to what I needed to buy, confirmed measurements, etc. That's how I knew he really card about the quality of work and not just securing the work and charging me whatever. He was super flexible waiting for Costco to confirm the delivery they delayed for a month, himself coming just 2 hours after they delivered, and made sure I was up and running less than 24 hours after I first met him. I have finished three loads of laundry and counting today—I can't wait to have him come back to help my install a bidet as well as take a look at my heat.

Steve did a stellar job. In less than 20 minutes, he put in a wall unit AC by himself. There was a cover he took out and he made sure to seal it as well. Great value for price and he even came same day to install.

Steve responded quickly and installed our microwave the next day. He even fixed an installation of our dishwasher that was done incompletely by someone else. His prices were also reasonable. We plan to hire him again.

Stelica Dardac (Steve), owner of Dacstar Appliance Install & Repair was amazing! His communication, attention to detail, work ethic, and overall incredible knowledge about all-things dishwashers as he was installing our new Costco Whirlpool, was WAY above any other contractor I've worked with.
