I called Kelvin from Island Shield today in a panic after discovering a mouse in my home, and he showed up within 30 minutes. He thoroughly inspected my entire house and took the time to explain everything clearly so I understood exactly what was going on and what to expect. I had a serious ant problem that just wouldnt go away no matter what I tried. I reached out to Island Shield Pest Management, and they were amazing from start to finish. The technician was Kelvin he professional, on time, and explained everything clearly before starting. He treated both inside and outside my home, and within a day or two, I noticed a huge differenceno more ants!What I really liked was how thorough Kelvin was and respectful he was of my home. He also gave me tips to help prevent the problem from coming back. Its been weeks now, and I havent seen a single ant. Im super happy with their service and definitely recommend Island Shield Pest Management to anyone dealing with pests!
