I used Reliable for moving boxes to my new home. The initial contact and the sending of the estimate went smoothly. The remainder of the experience was horrible. Cancelled appointments, late arrivals, late deliveries, lost boxes, delivered a box that was not mine, rude delivery people. And to top off the lousy experience, bogus charges that increased the cost of the move by 50%. These charges were not mentioned until after the boxes were on the truck. Shameful, as I moved a set number of boxes, all the same size and gave the information to the sales person to make sure the estimate was accurate. In the end, it was everything you hope to avoid when using a moving company. Made a simple shipment into a high stress, aggravating event.
